To our valued customers, Thank you for your patience as we suspended returns to help keep our associates and customers safe. We will have the necessary processes in place to begin safely accepting in-store returns as of June 1st. If you purchased product from us before or during this suspension with a final return date between March 29th and May 31st, your new return date is extended until June 21st. ... Our San Francisco Bay Area stores must continue to operate without in-store shopping. They will be accepting curbside returns in the meantime though. Please arrive at the store and call the number on one of our curbside pick-up signs to do so. We appreciate your support, especially as we continue to make progress transitioning our stores to our new consignment model. Our new store hours 10am-7pm and we are accepting returns in all stores. Curbside pick-up is now available in all locations! Place an in-store pick up order, drive or arrive at our store after receiving your order-is-ready confirmation email, then either park in one of our curbside pick-up spots and call the number on our sign or go to the front door and tell one of our associates you are there for curbside pick-up to have your order brought outside. Due to the new directive signed by the Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties, our Bay Area stores will be operating via curbside, local delivery, and shipping only beginning tomorrow - Concord, Fremont, Sunnyvale, San Jose, and Campbell. Our Las Vegas store is operating this way as well. To shop with our stores curbside, please place a store pick up order on Frys.com. When you receive an email notification that your order is ready, ...you can drive to the store you ordered with and park in one of our Curbside Delivery parking spots marked by one of our Curbside Delivery signs. Please call the number on the sign and give them your order number. We will then safely bring your order out. Please have your ID available. For the safety of our customers and associates, and to help contain the COVID-19 pandemic, Fry's will be temporarily suspending in-store returns and exchanges from March 29th through April 16th. For all the affected purchases made prior to March 29th and during the temporary suspension period, the return policy will be extended by three weeks from the date of purchase. We will continue to operate under shorter hours from 10am to 7pm local times of our stores until further notice.
