If you've made a new years resolution to lose weight, stop smoking or just about anything, why don't you make a resolution to lose weight in your stored food. Take an hour this week to visually inspect your stores and remove any bulging, broken or rusted product. Take note of what you remove and then assess whether your needs have changed since you bought it.

This week we are having having a series of intense storms beating on CA. Great time to check on your cold weather gear. Do you have a way to light, heat and secure your house if flood waters damage the infrastructure? If your not sure what the entails, i'd be happy to supply you with the equipment and knowledge needed.
