Well, there are all kinds - - love for your spouse, your children, your parents and friends, but most of all, love for God. What does love look and feel like to you? Share with us an act of love that really touched your life or even a personal item that evokes that emotion every time you look at it. Join us as we have fun playing games (fo...r prizes, of course) and engaging in our usual sisterly discussions. Almighty God, we humble ourselves before you. We worship and adore you. We bless your holy name. We offer our worship, our praise, our thanksgiving, our love, our commitment, our obedience, and our total being to you. Our trust is in you and your holy word. You are the only sovereign God and our wisdom comes from you. Lord Jesus, we thank you that our righteousness is in you, who shed your precious blood to save us from our sins and give us the privilege to live in the Kingdo...m of Heaven forever. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We thank you for the faith, hope, and love that flows through us to those around us. Let it overflow into our communities, cities, and our nations. Holy Spirit, we thank you for living inside of us, leading and guiding us this far, comforting, counseling, and teaching us all things Jesus brings to you. We welcome you coming upon us with power that enables us to witness and become ambassadors of Jesus Christ. Help us to consistently seek his face, hear his voice, know his voice, and obey his voice only. Heavenly Father, we ask you to open our spiritual eyes and our spiritual ears that we may see as you would have us to see, and to hear as you would have us to hear. We ask for renewed strength and a fresh infilling of your Spirit. We pray for the Spirit of wisdom and understanding so we may know you better and always follow where you lead. We know that "all things work together for good to those who love you and are called according to your purpose. We continue to ask you and thank you for healing the sick, comforting their families, comforting the bereaved, and meeting the needs of those in need physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and financial. We ask all in the name of Jesus, our Savior, and Lord. Amen!

Friendship Pasadena Church is thanking our Lord that we are a part of His kingdom. We wait on Him as we walk by faith, living in the confident expectation that He will do what He has promised in His word. He will answer our prayers and act on our behalf. HEAVENLY FATHER, we continue to praise You, love and adore You, bow down before You, the one and only living God. You created the heavens and the earth and all that lives within it. You have the whole world in Your hands and ...we worship You. We thank You for bringing us this far by faith and extending Your grace and mercy to us. We trust and wait on You. LORD GOD, forgive us for any impatience and temporary doubt. Continue to strengthen us and work hope within us as we wait for Your gift of healing and Your gifts of salvation and deliverance for lost ones. We wait, most of all for Christ's return and restoration of His creation. WE PRAY, GOD, that You will continue to bless our eyes to see Your influence and protection around us as we share Your message of love and salvation in Your community and our world. NOW, FATHER, we pray that Your Holy Spirit will lead our Friendship nominating committee as they seek and prepare our officers for 2021. We ask for Your intervention in our local state and federal government elections in our nation. That all voting and elections will be orderly with no violence or fraud. We thank You for Your continued healing for our sick, comfort for the bereaved, blessings for those in need physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and financially. We pray in the name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord, Amen.
