Friendly Hills Mobile Estates

In the unfortunate event that we, Friendly Hills, may be ordered to evacuate , I am posting the evacuation routes map so that everyone can exit the park in a timely and safe manner. Things can change in an instant, so it’s best to be prepared in advance. Everyone should already have a copy of the Emergency Preparedness and Evacuation Plan created by the Park Staff. If you do not have one, contact the park and we can make a copy for you. Thank you and be safe! The back exit gate will remain open at all times until we get the clearing from the Fire Department to safely close it again.

Yay! The county of San Bernardino called today and said we could open our Basketball Court to the residents. They ask that we suggest social distancing to our residents but know that it’s not always going to happen. So hopefully before to long we can open up our playground and get back to business. We are actually one of the few parks that have the swimming pool open to its residents. We have received calls from residents in other parks stating theirs isn’t open and inquire as to our operations. Which we think have been working quite well. I would like to personally thank everyone for being so patient during this time. Our hands have been tied. Hopefully this is coming to an end!

The staff at Friendly Hills is proud to announce that we are able to open some of our amenities. All with social distancing in mind. We have been able to open the Basketball Courts and our swimming pool. In keeping with the rules of SB County we are taking reservations for swimming and for each family there is a one hour max swim time. The pool hours have been modified and are from 10am with the last swim time at 8pm. Residents are asked to call the park office and set up a... time to swim. The Park is following all Covid19 guidelines as far as cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in and around the Clubhouse, and all exterior areas. Starting this morning, and to be in compliance with the San Bernardino County Health Department and the COVID-19 task force, all of the play areas and all of the patio area around Friendly Hills will have to be closed. On March 17, there was a mandated order of no mass gatherings of any size. We know the kids are out of school and have literally nothing to do but in order to bring this crisis to an end we must obey all the rules. We are asking parents of the children to ple...ase speak with them in regards to this matter and let them know we are not just making this up to be a deterrent and that we are in fact complying with the laws of the state of California. Along with the onslaught of closures due to the Coronavirus, the offices at Friendly Hills will be closed to any residents and guests. Although the doors will be locked, the offices and staff are onsite to deal with any situation that you may need assistance with. You may call the office @ (909)794-1106 during office hours. The mail slot on the backside of the office is always available to drop off rent and notices to the office. As well, the Clubhouse will not be available for renting until this crisis comes to an end and we are allowed to reopen. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and like everyone, are hoping for a quick end to this situation. Thank you.

The bill would apply both to Californians who rent a mobile home and to those who own their own mobile home and rent the land it sits on.

Nice avenue and surrounding streets have been scalped

As soon as we find out when the paving will start on Nice Ave. , as grinding continues today, the back gate will be closed to through traffic. I saw these posted on Nice Avenue behind the park. We don’t know exactly what they are doing but believe it may have something to do with the new homes. The homes where you can reach out your window and scratch your neighbors butt. They’re that close!! Plan accordingly.
