First Support Group Meeting | November 2019 | Christina, the Executive Director from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Fresno) gave an informative talk about mental health, how to spot changes, healthy ways to cope with mental illness, and resources available in the Fresno area. We look forward to diving deeper into this important topic in future meetings. After the talk, we made succulent pumpkins. Don't they look fantastic!
