How to overcome loneliness and solitude Many people are suffering from loneliness and solitude. They want to meet their loved ones, have meals, and go on a trip.... They want to talk a lot, to hug and to love. But unfortunately, meeting them and talking to them is a little bit. A greater sense of solitude comes when you are alone. So sometimes I give in more. If that's not the case, you meet other people and visit places with lots of people. And when these times are repeated for a year or three years, depression occurs. Tears come out without cause. Sometimes I get angry at little things. It's easy to think of dying. It's not me who's lonely. Being lonely is my Ego. Ego hates loneliness and solitude. Someone wants to be together, to be proud of themselves. want to express oneself He wants to be the boss. When loneliness comes, When you don't want to eat alone, 'Ah! My Ego is bothering me now!' This is how you should realize it. And I have to get rid of my Ego. Then, you get an amazing 'free'. Then, you are captivated by the amazing 'happiness'. The world where "Ego" is gone is a world of enlightenment. It is the "world of eternity." To send Ego, you 'decide' when you're lonely. 'I like loneliness. I like solitude.’ I'm not going to avoid loneliness And go the more lonely way. When that happens, Ego leaves, eternal peace, eternal truth, everlasting true self. Only then can we really meet someone. Only then can we truly love someone. Couple relationships maintained because of fear of loneliness, A friendship meeting to avoid loneliness. This is not a solution. Ego always makes the problem more difficult. Accepting Ego's demands, Ego asks for more. Ego grows so big that it destroys everything. Every attempt to avoid loneliness fails. Loneliness doesn't exist in True Self. When you're lonely, you have to realize that it's time to send Ego. --------- Let us realize that loneliness is not me, but my Ego. Loneliness is realized, and when you decide not to avoid it, it disappears immediately. However, loneliness continues to recur. It seduces me. Every time you do, you have to keep realizing it's Ego. You have to transcend loneliness. After loneliness, the next step is boredom. It's boring. There's nothing to do. I want to do something stimulating. This is also the work of Ego. When meditating to overcome Ego, the level of Ego continues to rise. And, finally, it turns into SuperEgo. True self appears. -Ego Characteristics constantly, comparing long and short things, Compare the good and the bad, compare you and me, Differentiate between what I think and what other people think. insist on one's own style, thoughts and judgment cling to one's own things The more someone has unnecessary thoughts, the stronger the needless obsession, the stronger Ego is. When I realize this is not who I really am, Ego continues to turn into SuperEgo.
