As we continue to highlight businesses in our community, we can personally recommend Prominent Trend for the amazing t-shirts they made for our Census outreach. They were soft and high quality! Contact: Pahoua Lee at 559-243-6707 or [email protected]

Congratulations to Veomany Sysourath. We assisted her to apply for CAFF's Partner Farms Food Safety Program and she is one of the few farmers they selected. We are constantly looking for ways to connect our farmers to resources!

Another Crop Buyback, another success. Thank you to Hmong Alliance Church for hosting us again. A shout out to Shobu for providing us with delicious lunch. Of course a big thanks to all of our volunteers. Our program has been helping small minority farmers since the outbreak of Covid-19. We buy crops from these farmers and redistribute them back to the community. With the support of our sponsors and the community, we will continue for as long as we can.

Thank you to Kay Taylor's Growing The Table funds and their team for helping our County farmers! Philanthropic dollars have filled in where county dollars are not provided to help micro farmers. Shout out to St. Paul's United Methodist Church for hosting another crop buyback. Our buyback program assists the small farmers during this COVID-19 pandemic. We buy the produce from the farmers and redistribute it back to the community. With the help of our volunteers, we were able to prepare over 1,800 bags of produce for families.

Hosted at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, our crop buyback was another successful effort to help farmers to keep farming. ABIRC buys their crops and distributes them to organizations that help to feed food insecure community members. We also help student pantries at Fresno State, Bulldog Pantry, and Fresno City College.
