Good morning friends of Fresno High Folklorico... Next Saturday come support FHS as they participate in High School Show Offs 2018! If you would like to buy tickets that benefit them directly, please leave us a message here or ask your favorite current Folklorico student for some... They have been working hard this year so it is guaranteed to be a great show!

FHS attended a workshop with these two Maestros last Monday and it was challenging and great! Today they are teaching a work shop at this location.. come and learn to dance or refresh your memory!

Good Morning everyone! Today FHS Folklorico will be competing with 12 highshools for scholarships for our Seniors who will be attending college this fall.. Please come out and support us at Sunnyside high school tonight and show your Warrior pride by wearing Purple and gold! Doors open at 6:00and show competition starts at 7:00 pm... check these hard working kids out and their new Principal Elisa Messing!

Lip Sync is happening this weekend Friends! Please come and support us as we compete for scholarships against all of these high schools!

Today is our last and final show of this school year, our performance at Gala. We did amazing last night, our hardwork was shown to all our friends and family. Im so proud of us and what we accomplished this year. I have grown to love folklorico and love all you guys. It has been an honor to be your club president. You guys are the best people I know. I just want to thank each and every single of of you for dedicating your time to be part of this group, you thank you so very much for everyone so came out and supported us last night at our spring recital. No matter what happened we left our hardwork, soul, and passion on that stage I'm very much proud of each and everyone of you guys, we've came a long way from the beginning of this year. Usar Calzoneras en Danza folklórica Es importante comentar que el uso de calzoneras en esta disciplina es muy importante ya que le da a la bailarina la comodid...ad de bailar libremente y disfrutar de su bailable al máximo, hoy en la actualidad muchas agrupaciones se les olvida la importancia de hacer que sus bailarinas la usen y se use, y se porte con estilo te dare 3 RECOMENDACIONES. 1.- Trata de usar unas calzoneras tradicionales de popelina blanca, adornadas con un holán de punta de encaje de bolillo y pasa listón. 2.- evita traer ROPA INTERIOR LLAMATIVA debajo de la calzoneras (ROJO NEGRO o colores llamativos) 3.- conserva tu calzoneras en buenas condiciones y limpia Cuando te toque bailar la gente observara tu estilo y técnica y no debajo de tu falda (por morbosidad) y te lucirás en el escenario En la mayoría de las canciones se ve muy bien la calzoneras Folklórica pero en los cuadros del NORTE waoo se vera espectacular Nota No uses mallas Usa la Calzoneras folklórica esa es mi recomendación EN ALGUNOS MUNICIPIOS DE COAHUILA, ESPECIALMENTE EN MONCLOVA, SANBUENAVENTURA, Y EN LA MAYORIA DEL ESTADO.
