Get ready! Today is the day of our Chinese New Year Parade! Parade starts at 12pm Event is from 10am to 4pm.

Chinese New Year Parade will be in Downtown Chinatown along F and Kern Street! 10am-4pm event. 12pm is when the parade will start!

Hello to everyone who wants to participate in our 2020 Chinese Year Parade event as a vendor or be in the parade! I just want to remind you that the early bird prices are ending on January 31st! You can still participate after the early bird specials have ended, however, the final deadline is February 15, 2020! Hello, everyone, we have made a few changes to the Chinese New Year Parade! The parade will just be a ONE-day event but it will start on Saturday, March 7th, 2020 from 10 am to 4 pm! We hope to see you there!!

Hello Everyone! There seems to be a lot of confusion/misunderstandings about underground tours. We are no longer doing underground tours because there is a new owner of the building. This building that he owns is the entrance of the underground tunnels. The new owner does NOT give us permission to enter the building. So as an alternative, we are doing ABOVE GROUND tours, which will consist of walking through Chinatown and going to historical buildings and talking about the history of the place. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. However, we hope that you will still have a pleasant time on our new version of the tours. We hope that you will always like to support us through our cause of preserving Chinatown and keeping Chinatown history alive.

(CRI) established in 1995 has sponsored the last 19 years of the Chinese New Year Parade in Fresno Chinatown as well as promoting, preserving and providing the Underground Tunnel Tours in Chinatown, has changed its name to Fresno Chinatown Preservation Inc. (501.c.3 Organization, Tax ID# 83-3529443). Please note that Chinatown Fresno Foundation is NOT associated or affiliated with our organization Fresno Chinatown Pres...ervation Inc.. Due to the recent change of ownership of the property that provided access into the Chinatown Underground Tours, we are not able to provide any future underground tours. However, we are currently planning to provide Above Ground Chinatown Tours in the near future. We are going to postpone the Underground Tours because of constructions. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. We will conduct the tours as soon as the construction is over. For those of you who send their emails for the waitlist. You are still in line.
