As many of you already know, our showroom was reopened with restrictions. We are focused on the safety of our staff and customers, so we are asking that everyone follow guidelines and wear a mask when you enter our showroom. Also, if you notice that there is not room to keep space between you and other customers, please wait outside until there is room. We can safely accommodate 3 - 4 customers at a time at our sales counter. Please wear your mask, not because we were told we... have to, but because we all respect each other and want to do our part to keep everyone healthy. These rules do slow things down, and it can be inconvenient. We are taking steps to improve our customer service. New software has been added to our telephone system to assure that your call is answered in order, and that no one is helped out of turn. You can text questions and orders to our main telephone number, and will receive a response as soon as possible. We are also implementing our new website with a shopping cart, so that you can check inventory and your pricing without a phone call, 24 hours a day. You can request special quotes. Placing orders will become easier as the site is improved. You need to be a current wholesale customer to sign up for access to the website. In response to the current Covid 19 virus situation, it is important for us to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible. Our industry is considered "essential" and we need to operate as best we can using guidelines from the State of California and the CDC. Effective immediately, and until further notice, our showroom and office is closed to anyone except our staff. All other services are available, including parking lot will call and delivery service. There will ...be no promotional on-site events or food and beverage service. Necessary training and consultation will be offered in a modified manner. We are accepting orders by phone, text, email, and fax. We will stage your will call order for pickup. We also will be modifying the way that we handle cash and credit cards on site. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the safety of our employees, customers, their families, and our community is most important to us. Thank you for your understanding!
