30 year old unit replacement. Our team replaced this unit last week. It was funny when we started up the new Air Conditioning system and the customer started telling me as he walked to show me some rooms that had bad Air Flow, he checked one, then another bedroom and he said I can feel the now with a giant Smile on his face. Someone is going to need new Air Ducts. In this picture I caught the Roofer working on the same project we were, cruising a couple of ducts that were under him while he worked. Very careless and negligent causing the home owner an unnecessary extra expense. We see this all the time with the plumber, electrician, cable guy,etc...
