IMPORTANT TRASH COLLECTION ALERT! Hello all, Please be advised that our trash collection service is on a "sympathy strike" which is impacting our collection. The strike is scheduled to end and service resume at "normal" levels beginning Monday, however since Tuesdays is our next scheduled pick up day, we will be severely impacted until then. ... Please do not place any trash outside the dumpster. This only encourages animals to scavenge and strew trash throughout the area. Thank you for your patience during this issue. Hello everyone, Fremont Oaks is going to be repainting the exteriors of all the buildings as part of general maintenance. We want to have your input for final paint color selection and have set up a quick 1 minute survey for you to complete. Weathered Leather (Brown) is painted on the South facing wall of the Community Room and Aged Jade (Green) is painted on the West facing wall of Unit 1 directly to the right of the Community Room when facing the South wall. I was out early doing a landscaping walk through our condo complex this morning and heard this pretty girl calling her children. I saw the kids in flight chasing each other around the complex but mom was so calm she let me walk up within 10' of her. Beautiful raptor!
