In collaboration with the County of LA, Bio LA, and the vision of Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, the repurpose of The Culver City Courthouse will aid the development of research centers in the health services field that will foster the Bio Science Industry in LA. The redesigned courthouse will serve as the Collaborative Hub consisting of... exhibition spaces, seminar halls, conference rooms and more. The project demonstrates that an innovative planned combined with well experienced technical, mechanical, and design skills, a 63 year old vacant courthouse can be be transformed into a productive home for the Bio Science Industry in Los Angeles.
