We are unable to remain open at this time due to LA City mandate, calling for the immediate closure of all entertainment centers to prevent gatherings that could potentially spread Covid-19. Our customers stayed home due to fe...ars our landlord has responded with eviction threats and is using the decline and closure as an opportunity to force us out after we have invested a significant amount into property improvements. This is not our customer’s struggle but we have persevered despite the property owners’ efforts to make our business fail. If we don’t make it out the other side of the virus shutdown we will be a victim of predatory eviction by a ruthless landlord. See more
