Frank Tapia Photography Studio produced a portrait of Jaimie Levin, Senior Manager of West Coast Operations for the Center for Transportation and Environment. The portrait had to match the lighting of a portrait done on the East Coast. The two images were combined for a poster of an event that is to occur in late September 2019.
