Knocked out a curb, dug up some dirt, and framed and poured a patch of concrete for some garbage cans...

Can you say TIMBER!!!!!

Removed tub and toilet to fix leak in wall...installed new tub, replaced tile and soap dish, installed the shower doors, fixed drywall, texture and paint. Sealed around tub and doors..cleaned up.. only took me 3 days... @ Oceanside, California

Replaced some old plumbing and a faucet @ Oceanside, California

Trailer side panel replacement, I also pressure washed the gutters and driveway..

Day 6-8 installed 12 new circuits, new subpanel box, all wires for plugs and switches, boxes install, as well as can lights 10 total.. also install and bented the bathroom vent fan

Dishwasher install, had to do some modifications to make the new one for but...another happy client...

Day 4&5 I removed both windows and framed in French doors, and reframed for smaller window where the sink is going....

Day 1-3 of garage conversion, into a studio...Demo of walls and framing..
