Congrats to our newest homeowners! I helped get this cute family and first time homeowners into the perfect home for their needs. When I got introduced to Julia and Andy in February, we got to work right away! Even though their goal was to purchase before fall of 2021, we started looking at homes so they could narrow down their must haves even more. Some of their criteria...... Good school district Washer/dryer in unit Parking for 2 cars - but no tandem parking I prepared them for the strong sellers market and guided them of the ins and outs of making an offer and what to expect during escrow. I also told them...Don’t expect to get your first offer accepted. I know this might sound negative...but it’s the reality of the market. We're under another stay at home order....we all saw this coming. Even though it really sucks, I hope everyone is staying safe and finding ways to stay sane. I have been occupying myself with cleaning and improving our itty bitty condo here in HLP. We would love to upgrade our home to a larger space because we are outgrowing it, however, we'll likely be here for another year or so (maybe more). So we figured we might as well make small updates and clean it up so we're ha...ppy with it. It's amazing how much s**t you can accumulate after 3 years and 1 baby. I've been obsessed with @gocleango and deep cleaning room by room. Then we're bringing in @straightenupbyjanelle to help with our organization/design issues.
