******July 5th Update***** Call us: 209-407-2777 We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July holiday and that your doggo's stayed safe and calm as could be!... We have some updates to share and hope that we are helping everyone that needs it. If you had an appointment in March-June that was cancelled, please give us a call so we can get you on the books. We've called almost every voicemail and customer we had booked but don't want to miss anyone. We just want to be sure were doing our best getting all of our customers taken care of. Thank you for your patience in all of this. Thank you for our customers that are wearing masks while working with the new safety protocols that our team is utilizing, it helps everyone feel a little safer, so thank you for wearing your masks. Manteca/Ripon/Salida people: We are moving one of our Modesto groomers to your area 2 days a week to help take care of the backlog. I know many of you couldn't wait any longer but we have lots of clients that just do better with our team. So If you're in these cities and need to get in, give us a call and we'll get you on the schedule. Well get back to our full schedule as soon as we can. Jenna is still out. Modesto: Seems like we're pretty well caught up, if you have been missed, give us a ring so we can get you in asap. Ceres/Hughson: Izzy is back!!! He starts this week. His schedule is a little kooky due to childcare arrangements but he's gong to work his tail off to get everyone in that needs it. We know Crystal has been there for the past few weeks so that helped, but if you need in, call us, we'll get you in. Turlock/Patterson: Things are still a little up in the air, Kailey is working hard to get back to you, give us a call and we'll get someone out to you as soon as we can. San Jose area: April is all caught up and has immediate openings. Give us a call and we'll get you in right away. Livermore/Tri-Valley area: Katie has been a grooming machine and has a few openings here and there. Give Daniel a call and he'll work it out with you. TwentyNine Palms: Melissa is semi-full with some random appointments available for you guys as well. Let us know when you need in and we'll make it happen.

****UPDATE JUNE 2nd***** We have hired a new Office manager, Daniel (yay!!) and he started yesterday (Colleen is no longer with us (boo). This will help immensely in the communication department for all of our customers as he ramps up. We also just got another groomer (Crystal) back in the mix as of Sunday, so we can get her focused on getting customers taken care of. Please be patient. We found another fantastic groomer (Crystal, no, another one :-) ) and she is up an runni...ng as of last Wednesday (yay!) We still have room for 2 more groomers to hire if anyone knows a good groomer out there needing a full schedule send them our way!! We aren't at full capacity nor are we at full speed yet as we try and get out of the giant "shutdown hole". We are getting about 150 missed calls every day; 600 customers now in line to get an appointment PLUS the customers that we already scheduled for March, April and May and June! I promise our team is working as hard as we can to get everything moving and get everyone settled, but as you can imagine, it's tough. We appreciate the support we've been getting and completely understand the frustration you are feeling. We're getting there!

If you're getting appointment reminders from our system, please disregard. We were only able to cancel the appointments in the system through the 15th before we had to send Colleen home. We promise to get everyone booked at soon as we get the green light to open back up. We hope you all are doing ok and are enjoying this time with your animals (and family ) as much as you can.
