Pool The pool is now open! Clubhouse... The clubhouse is available for rental and is a great place to have an event! To rent the clubhouse it is necessary to print out and complete both the Rental Procedures and the Rental Form linked below. Before filling out the forms, please call the Emmons management company at (805) 413-1170 to check on availability. We work on a "first come, first served basis". The clubhouse has central heating and air. Rental Procedures: Please review and sign the following Procedures document prior to renting. Rental Form: Please download the Rental Form and fax, mail or email to the management company. Parking Decal In order to park in the Clubhouse parking lot, you need to display a decal on your rear view mirror.
