What you need to know for class: 1. All levels welcome. YES That means complete beginners 2. Masks required. (This is actually great practice for training respiratory muscles!)... 3. What do I wear?? Be comfortable! Wear stretch ready clothes that you love! 4. How much is each class? This class is donation based. We know that COVID has made finances difficult.
