We welcome all to come to lay and rest and meditate. The events of late have been so heavy, many of us are dealing with smoke, fires looming, earthquakes rumbling, and hurricanes raging, amidst all the social inequity and the loss of #RBG, there is so much to fear. Can we stay present with the bubbles of fear without it also robbing us of our momentary joy? All is not lost. Let’s keep the hope alive. We’re honored to do a soundbath for the closing of @ladesignfestival. The soundbath will be on Sun, September 27, 2020, 4:00 PM 5:00 PM PDT. Please buy tickets ($15) at the link in our profile and don’t hesitate to reach out if you are struggling financially at this time. All are welcome to attend this virtual soundbath. Our main intention is to soothe our mind and body, allowing for feelings of peace, hope and love to flow. Let’s honor and give gratitude to all the hard work and creativity that is inside us all and that we will need to draw from to pull through this time. Sending prayers, intentions and good thoughts for rain for all the places ablaze right now. May all the fires be contained soon and may swift winds come to clear the air so that we can breathe again.

We miss hosting in-person soundbaths. We are currently thinking of some ideas for outdoor soundbaths now as we’ve done some in the past pre-covid. BLACK LIVES MATTER. We will never stop saying this, shouting this, singing this, praying for this until it becomes the Truth. We do all that we do in our practice for peace, grasping for moments of it through meditation and sound...sending droplets of it out, hoping that if we can provide just a few moments of peace and respite that we can create a ripple effect throughout the larger community. However, now is not the time for pseudo-positivity and making things nice. Many o...f us feel the immense pain, grief, fear and heartache ringing through the community. We cry for the lives beaten and lost, and we rage for the injustice that we are being shown that has never changed. We are with all of you who simply wish for racial equity and an end to injustice, discrimination, and racism. We are sending love to George Floyd and his family. To his mother who has lost her son to needless police brutality. Sadly, so many Black mamas face the fear of this reality every single day.
