If you've attended a FACS HMS Training this year, you may recall the discussion around regulation changes that would put the EPA lead "hazard level" below the required dust clearance levels for lead abatement jobs, creating confusion & opening up the possibility of numerous expensive change-orders for abatement contractors. The EPA is now revising its clearance levels to bring them in-line with defined hazard levels. These rules apply to residential property and to child-occupied facilities (as defined by the EPA).
