Tile is all wrapped up at the Claremont project minus some grout for the trim pieces. Tub spout and mix valve went in today as well.

Patch in the stucco for the drain repair done a couple weeks ago. A bit of texture and this one is ready for some paint.

Most of the patching done. Time for some tape and mudd.
