Our #throwbackthursday photo is Placer Co K9 Bo. Bo is now retired and lives with his handler Sgt Jones. Bo loves carrying around his toys and telling the younger dogs to behave. Earlier this year Bo was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer. His doctors recommended removal of the testes so we funded that operation and Bo quickly recovered. Retired K9 Bo is 13 years, 3 months old. Thanks to each and every person who has ever donated to our K9 Association so we never have to say no to funding these important medical procedures for our retired heroes.
