We’re closing temporarily until we can open more fully. Right now it doesn’t make financial sense to open at current COVID capacity levels. We have to protect our future and we will update everyone when we nail down a reopen date. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PG&E Safety Power Shutoff: We’re without power, will reopen Wednesday October 28 @ 4pm.

Foothills Bowling Center 05.10.2020

UPDATE: Now that Placer County is the Orange Tier that means we can reopen safely at 25% operation/capacity. We will reopen Tuesday, October 20 with limited hours and lane availability for Open Play. At 25% we aren’t able to accommodate League Bowling just yet but hope to be able to resume league play if/we get to the Yellow Tier which would allow us to operate at 50% operation/capacity. It is our hope that it will be shortly to come. Although we can operate it doesn’t ...mean that we can do so without COVID-19 Safety Restrictions or Precautions. That said, our guests must still wear a mask at all times only being able to pull them up/down while taking a drink of a beverage or bite of food - mask must be covering mouth and nose in-between either. We have a two strike policy meaning if a member of our Crew has to ask a guest to properly put a mask on, that guest will have to leave our facility. Wearing a mask is a required restriction so we will adhere. We’re not crazy about masks but it is not only our obligation as a loyal community partner but we have an enormous task in keeping everyone healthy and safe. We ask that you respect our rules, our guests and crew by complying. If you don’t feel you can respect the requirements, you’re more than welcome to visit us when masks are no longer required. We will have 12 lanes available for open play with a maximum of 4 people per lane. A list of operating hours, rates and policies as well as, everything Foothills Bowl, can be found on our website by visiting www.foothillsbowlingcenter.com We will reopen Tuesday at 4pm and we hope to see many of you because as you can imagine this has been extremely tough on our crew and business financially. We hope that COVID-19 numbers continue to decline and we can keep moving forward. We’re committed to doing our part! It will be good to see all of you!

COVID-19 UPDATE: We will be closed at least 3 weeks as required by Placer County Health Department. We’ve been diligent with implementing and enforcing the C-19 Guidelines so as to do our part to keep everyone safe and to avoid another closure - unfortunately, not enough businesses and residents were willing to do their part. We truly appreciate our leagues coming back to finish last winter’s weeks that were missed but, with this closure we’re officially ending last league ...season so officer’s can begin planning and organizing for the upcoming Winter League Season which will start on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. We will announce our new hours of operation for when we reopen shortly. Thank you, -Dave Kost General Manger

CENTER UPDATE: We’ve experienced enormous challenge regarding customers’ willingness to comply with the State ordered mask requirement mandate so, starting today we’re implementing a two strike policy. If you have to be asked twice to properly place your mask on your face you’ll be asked to leave. Starting tomorrow, if you proclaim to be true that you have a medical condition(s) that wearing a FACE COVERING can exacerbate your ability to breath properly, a medical condition ...that can be verified and certified by a licensed, medical board-certified Family Physician - you will be required to complete and sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. Placer County Health Department is visiting businesses to evaluate COVID requirements as well as, health departments in other Northern California counties have already begun shutting down businesses that are not in compliance. We have to follow all the requirements so they we don’t get shut down not to mention, as a business we have an obligation to our guests, crew and community to be an active complier. If you don’t feel the need to wear a mask or feel like you can’t comply with our requests - no hard feelings and we’ll just wait to see you when we have to no longer enforce mask use. We don’t like having to make and enforce everyone to wear a mask but if that’s what we have to do to remain open safely then we have to do it. We can not afford to close so we need YOUR help.
