New forms available in the FSIM portal!

*Reminder* The CA workers comp reporting requirements for injuries qualifying as first aid has changed effective January 1, 2017: ALL injuries, including those that qualify for first aid, shall be submitted to the claims team and they shall submit these to the WCIRB regardless of whether the employer or the insurance carrier paid for the first aid medical services.

The word 'audit' can be scary but don't panic! Try to maintain organized payroll records and it will result in an expedited and less complicated final audit!
