Just received an email from JIFSAN announcing that they are launching Version 4 of FDA-iRISK and offering a webinar on the new version on July 6th. FDA-iRISK is a free, web-based risk-assessment system developed by FDA. In FDA's words, "the tool enables users to relatively quickly rank and quantitatively compare risks from multiple foodborne microbial and chemical hazards, and predict effectiveness of various prevention and control measures."
