The Food Fix Staff is taking an extended Christmas Break! It’s been one hell of year! Together with our staff, we’ve been tested to our limits and probably past. We’ve reinvented business plan after business plan sometimes monthly, sometimes weekly, sometimes daily depending on the ever changing guidelines and restrictions. We’ve cried, we’ve laughed, we’ve laugh-cried and cried laughing.... We’ve banded together with our sisters and brothers in the industry and at times been the only sources of encouragement for each other. We’ve spent more time in each others restaurants than in our own homes, brainstorming, venting and lifting each other up. We’ve watched our community rally together to help save our precious restaurants and cried many tears of gratitude in the midst of all our struggle. This past week, we’ve been so blessed to see our community once again rally together to help us. It’s been incredible to see and we can’t say thank you enough. But now we need time to rest. Time to be with our families. Our unsung heroes are our employees that show up every day for us and keep this wheel moving and we want to give them and ourselves the chance to enjoy what’s left of this year with their families and celebrate this wonderful holiday. Food Fix will be closed beginning Monday, 12/21 through Monday 1/4. Just to be clear, everyone is healthy and this isn’t because of any illness. We are just taking a breath, gaining some ground and plan on coming back stronger than ever to fight the good fight! Thank you to everyone who has stood by us unwaveringly and helped us through this! Thank you to our regulars and our first timers! We’ll see you in the New Year! Merry Christmas and you, 2020!
