Folsom Lake Marina has immediate openings for construction employment. Folsom Lake Marina is located on the south side of Folsom Lake, close to the boarder of Folsom and El Dorado Hills. The marina includes 675 wet slips, 150 dry storage spots, marina store and gas dock. Overview: Building, repairing and maintaining docks. We will show you want to do, but must know how to use tools and have background in construction. Able to work 40 hours a week and be reliable. Weeken...ds, weekdays and holidays are a must. Position requires great deal of responsibility, independence and self motivation. Must be able to provide the highest level of customer and guest services. Flexible towards working hours is required. Overview of duties and skills is as follows: Helping build and repair wood docks. Experience in building docks is not required but construction (framing) is. General maintenance, cleaning restrooms, garbage, sweeping, etc. Helping with customers on the fuel dock and in the snack shop Able to communicate effectively and appropriately to customers and coworkers Able to walk up and down stairs and carry at least 20 lbs Must be able to swim Must have a valid drivers license, clean record and reliable transportation Compensation is competitive and based on experience and performance.
