Our alarms have been set off by motion detectors the last two nights. I took a few minutes today to find the culprit.

Here are pictures of our new prototype F-550 for our long term customers Sunrise Ford and Pape Material Handling. Pape Material Handling normally uses the Transit Vans but needed a heavier duty platform this specific use. We started with an F-550 with a Scelzi Truck Body then added a full custom set-up to be used for preventative maintenance service on forklifts. Two custom built motor oil and one hydraulic oil tanks, Alemite grease pump and reel, Alemite air reel, and an FMB... fully self contained, power in and power out, waste oil tank assembly. In the front is a 13 HP Rolair compressor with our custom through the floor exhaust system. There is a lift out safety gate to keep everything in its place under hard braking. FMB manufactured hard hat holder, glove dispenser, paper wipes dispenser, first aid kit holder and first aid kit. We added some super bright LED overhead lighting and a couple of extra powerful work lights at the rear doors to light up the work area. LED reverse lights, back-up alarm and a hidden reverse actuated ECCO warning strobe. The Alemite hose reels and oil dispensing meters have a custom drip tray hanging below to catch any spillage. On the floor under the drip tray is our custom designed "No Lock" jack tray to hold the Gray brand extra low profile forklift jack. There's much more, including the custom built entry hand rail and folding step. Inside the truck next to the driver is a Ram Mount o hold the technicians laptop computer. There is a lot of work in this truck but it's worth every bit of it to make the technician's job easier and safer. See more
