For the 1st time ever, I did it, and completed it!: DOUBLE Century with heavy Clubbell Mills for a total of 200/200 reps each arm: 1st 100/100 with the Clubbell Bruiser, Jr. @ 35 lbs. - 17 sets x 6/6 reps x 17 min. - followed by with no rest: 2nd 100/100 reps with the 26.5 lb. Clubbell performed in 1 complete Century (that's all 100 reps on EACH arm, non-stop!). BARELY FINISHED. And, I recorded it! Here's ...the video!... Gonna be sore in the morning! 1st set of 100/100 Mills w/ the 35 lb. Clubbell Bruiser, Jr. - 17 sets x 6/6 reps x 17 min. 2nd set of 100/100 of Mills w/ the 25 lb.
