Happy Friday! Here is a little sneak peek of the nursery. New roof is up, misting system rebuilt, new tables are being built, plants propagated, lots of positive changes. Thank you for your patience and support as we get these improvements done. We appreciate you all so much! We are still doing curbside pickup orders if you need anything before we are all the way opened back up. UPDATE as of 6/27 After having the roof of one of our main greenhouses disintegrate from the extreme heat last week, we have had to delay our reopening. While we currently have the space pulled apart for the roof repair, we realized that this is the best time to update our sprinklers too. You know how it is, you start with one project and it snowballs from thing to thing until you have rebuilt the whole place! We miss everyone so much and are excited to be open again soon. W...hile business is already being disrupted from the Covid-19 Pandemic and now our roof repair, we think it makes sense to use this opportunity to take care of some much-needed upgrades to our current nursery layout and sales space. MEANWHILE, we are still doing curbside pickup for supplies or pre-ordered plants. Visit our website for supplies and choose Local Pick Up. We will notify you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time.

Greetings Plant Friends! We were trying to open this weekend, but do to our main greenhouse covering splitting in two this week, we are not able to. We have had to move plants to every available nook and cranny to keep them protected. Our nursery and store spaces are completely jumbled. We've ordered the new covering which should be here by the end of next week. We'll do our very best to get it on quickly and get the nursery space open! We'll keep you posted.

Flori-Culture: Orchid & Specialty Growing Supplies takes the health and safety of our plant-loving community very seriously. As of March 19, 2020, at 11:59 p.m., the Sacramento County Health Officer is directing all individuals living in the county to stay at their place of residence except for essential activities. This means our store and nursery will be closed to the public for now, as we do our part to prevent the spread of this horrible COVID-19 Virus. We will update as... warranted and look forward to seeing you all in our wee jungle again soon. Until then, stay well friends!

We'll be closing at 5 pm on Thursday 2/5/20, as we are giving a talk at the Central California Orchid Society meeting in Fresno on this evening. Sorry for any inconveniences.
