Dear Members, As all of you know, we are in uncharted territory with the COVID-19 outbreak. This is a fluid situation where things change every day. The Board is constantly monitoring this situation and doing our best to follow local and national guidelines. Our guiding principles are to be cautious, yet reasonable as we make decisions in the best interest of our Club. We all love the Club as an extension of our home, but are faced with the reality that we must be responsi...ble and extremely cautious with the health and safety of our members, staff and the community. The Board has decided, in accordance with state and county guidelines, the following will be in place immediately until further notice: Clubhouse/Kitchen will be closed (including clubhouse bathrooms) Social distancing (6 feet between people) is a strategy we must adhere to please wash your hands in the barn bathrooms when you arrive, do not congregate or socialize while you are here. Visitors (non-members) are not allowed on Club premises. Children must be directly supervised while on the property. The office staff will continue to work and are available to you by phone or email Barn staff will continue to work We are holding the scheduled board meeting tomorrow night via conference call. Members with questions or concerns for the open portion, should send an email to [email protected] and it will be read to the board.
