In order to take care of my pavement pounders, I scheduled an appointment online for a shoe fitting at my local @fleetfeetsports.... It started with some questions about my activity level and injury history followed by a quick foot scan and walking scan. Andrew translated the data which included foot size, pressure points and individual differences of my two feet...which are apparently not symmetrical. Based on the data collected from his questions, combined with the scan information, Andrew made shoe and insole recommendations until we landed on the perfect combination. I opted for the #me3d personalized insoles. It was eye opening to realize the difference in my arch height, ball girth & instep height between my two feet and specialized insoles made the most sense for me. They arrived in less than two weeks. I easily cut them to length and slipped them into my shoes. They took a little adjusting as I wore them walking for a couple days before I took them out on the road.
