Here's a simple and healthy recipe! I paired my meatballs with some rice and green beans to make it a complete meal! Buffalo chicken meatballs 1 pound of ground chicken... 1 medium size yellow onion 1 bunch of cilantro Onion powder & garlic powder 1 bottle of franks hot sauce or favorite buffalo sauce Preheat oven to 400 Mince up whole onion and cilantro into tiny pieces. Add chicken, minced cilantro, minced onion and garlic and onion powder (I didn't measure, but it was probably a tablespoon of each) to a bowl and mix together. Form 16 balls. Place meatballs on a baking tray and put in oven for 6 mins or until they become firm on the outside. Then transfer to crockpot. Add in franks to cover meatballs and cook on low for 2 hours! I hope you guys enjoy!!!
