ONLY THREE MORE DAYS LEFT TO SHOP! Our butcher shop at the Oxbow Public Market is officially closing to the public this Thursday, April 15th as we continue construction for Milestone Provisions. This means that you only have this Monday through Wednesday to stock up on all your favorite beef cuts! Don’t worry, we will be back in the market as soon as Milestone Provisions is open where you can continue to purchase the same great beef you’ve come to love. If you can’t wait until then, please visit our online store (link in bio) to shop a selection of cuts available for pick-up, local delivery or to have shipped directly to your doorstep.

After a long year of anticipation, collaboration, and planning, we are excited to finally share our newest venture with you! We have partnered up with renowned Chef Dave Cruz, and acclaimed restaurateur Eric Lilavois to bring you Milestone Provisions - Butchery, Eatery & Creamery, opening Spring 2021 at the Oxbow Public Market in Napa! Milestone Provisions represents everything we love about Northern California and its endless bounties. The Butchery will continue to feature o...ur beef product alongside other locally sourced meats, the Eatery will be focused on California country cooking featuring comforting dishes and take home provisions, and the Creamery will feature a selection of house-made ice creams and desserts! We are coming up on the @oxbowpublicmarket annual cleaning, which means that our shop, along with the entire market, will be closed to the public this coming Monday through Wednesday (1/11-1/13). Be sure to get in all your shopping this weekend before we close for the three days!

Celebrating the little victories today! This is our largest shipping week to date since launching our online store in March! It doesn’t seem like a whole lot, but we couldn’t be more excited to see our boxes stacking up! We all have to start somewhere, which is why it’s so important to celebrate the small victories that will someday add up to big ones! Our hopes are that 25 orders a week will soon grow to become 50, then 100, and maybe even 1,000!... Thank you to everyone who has supported us during this challenging year! We hope that our family values, passion for cattle ranching, and importance of product quality are shown through every package received! It’s been a week, so we hope this helps bring you a breath of fresh air and some peace of mind. Whenever we are stressed or anxious we always go for a ride up behind our ranch to Round Valley Reservoir. This road follows the creek bed so it’s lined with these beautiful aspen trees all the way up!

FIVE DOT & FRIENDS has officially launched! We have carefully selected new proteins to be featured at our butcher shop in the Oxbow Public Market! No, we have not added any new wooly, hairy or feathered friends to Five Dot’s herd, but instead, we wanted to use our platform to feature other local producers that share similar practices and values as we do!*... With that said, please welcome our newest friend to Five Dot’s butcher shop, Don Watson Lamb! Also known as Napa Valley Lamb Co., these wooly friends are raised on their mothers’ milk and the natural forage of the open range. It’s flavor is delicate, and its texture very tender, making it some of the best lamb in the Bay Area.
