Today I lost my brother Juan Parras, Jr. As strong as I am trying to be (because I knew it was bound to happen); I am honestly taking this pretty hard. He was my big bro...taken too early because of alcohol. I am mourning today and will NOT be having the free nutrition class today. I’ll post a new date later this month.
