Welcome to our Outdoor-Indoor Pilates studio! We are located in the heart of Downtown Mill Valley, tucked beneath the Redwood trees, where the sun peeks through and the crisp air breezes! We are open 7 days a week, offering full services including Small Group Reformer Classes, Private and Duet sessions for both Pilates and GYROTONIC, Myofascial Release, and On Demand Classes! We are now offering indoor Private and Duet sessions in addition to outdoor. Each session is care...fully assigned to their own private room! Our Outdoor Reformer classes welcome all levels! If you are new to Pilates, we can modify! If you are a Pilates veteran, we can progress the exercises so that you stay challenged! Beginner’s Class is on Mondays at 10:10am.
