Important Information: Enrollment Closes: Saturday January 16 First Day of the Challenge: Monday January 18 Equipment Needed: Some equipment (bands or weights) would be helpful. But as long as you have a mat, a bench/chair, and a place to work out, we can make it work! Given that this is a 100% Virtual Challenge, you will also need a computer, tablet, or phone with reliable internet service. Price Includes: Unlimited access to our 5 Group Classes per week, offered via zoom. Two semi private classes per week, offered via zoom. Two unique home programs, specific to you, your goals, your limitations, your equipment. Accountability and community through our dedicated private Facebook group. Chat with your coaches and stop by daily for nutrition tips, meal and workout ideas, accountability, and more. Description What do you Get? Workouts All workouts are delivered via Zoom. Links will be sent out in advance. You have access to a total of 7 workouts per week: 5 group style and 2 semi private. How many you utilize is up to you! Group workouts include Low Impact, Stretching, HIIT, Hip/Core, and Barre-less Barre. No equipment is required for any but if you have some, bring it! Semi Private workouts are Personal Training style and more targeted to you specifically. These workouts will focus on form and correction. Two unique home programs given at week 1 and 4 of the program. These programs will be unique to you, and will take into account your goals, limitations, and the equipment you have at home. Exercise modifications and appropriate class styles for any injury or limitation Workout and Exercise Tips Nutrition Guidance How-to Measurement Guide Nutrition Tips and Guidance Support with creating and sticking to your own meal plan Pack and Go Sheet - Guide to snacking on the go 3 Day Meal Plan to get you started on taking charge of your nutrition Nutrient rich smoothie recipes, packed with protein, carbs, and fat for a healthy start to your day Communication and Accountability Access to closed Facebook group for support and accountability Mindset exercises Access to your team of coaches through email and social media Weekly emails from your team of coaches Exclusive pricing and offers for ongoing support at the conclusion of the program The Virtual Six Week Challenge is designed to: Strengthen your muscles while promoting endurance, flexibility and overall health Provide you with workouts to keep your heart rate elevated Develop positive habits and routines that are sustainable long term.
