Good morning. Warm up time! http://tinyurl.com/mbt5lhd... Inhale. Exhale. You smile. I smile. We smile. All the cells in your body inhale; exhale and smile. Wish all the people in Cupertino do that in our heart. The world smiles. Take care. The virus will be over. Now do some Taiji.
Deepening Your Mindfulness Practice During The COVID-19 Pandemic. With fewer hours at schools, churches, work places, gyms, movies, shopping malls because of the COVID-10 virus, you now have plenty of quality personal time on hand to look inwards With every moment alone and every breath, contemplate on your state of your body and minds. Observe your emotions. Through frequent introspection, your mind and body will naturally connect closer and deeper.... Try to stay calm and relaxed. Check in with yourself -- while you walk, stand, sit. Start with observing simple things -- without trying to change what you observe. Did I wash my hands after entering the house Did I touch that door with my hands? Left or right hand? Am I breathing? How is the quality of my breathing? How does your body feel now? Do I have a sore throat? Fever? Body aches? How many days? Better? Worse? How bad is my coughing? Etc. Create some zen moments for yourself. Cherish them while the world around you seems so noisy, confusing, contentious, worry-some, stressful? Remember you can always take yourself to a calm inner space for a few seconds, minutes, or an hour, Start by looking inward, breath, and observe. End with more light and joy inside you and share that with people around you. Until the COVID-19 virus commotion fades away, like all things on earth... Be happy, Be safe. Keep calm.
