We are thrilled to announce we have reopened your club! We are so excited to see you back at the gym! We want you to know that we are absolutely committed to your health and safety. We have been relentlessly sanitizing and disinfecting every inch of the club to ensure we always meet the strictest of sanitary standards so you can have peace of mind while achieving all of your fitness goals. The well-being of our members and team members has been and will always be our top p...riority. As such, we want to inform you of some adjustments we are making and guidelines for our members to follow during our phase one reopening. Facility Adjustments Temporary hours of operation will be Monday Thursday (5am-9pm), Friday (5am-8pm), and Saturday/Sunday (7am-7pm) to allow for deep cleaning and disinfecting. Additional hospital-grade/CDC-recommended disinfectant and hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the club. Additional team members will be assigned to disinfect high-touch areas throughout the day. Cash payments will no longer be accepted. Please put a card on file if you have not done so already so you can make contact-free purchases with ease. Member Guidelines Please be aware and adhere to 6 ft social distancing in all areas of the club. Please wash your hands for 20 seconds before and after your workout. We ask that you sanitize every piece of equipment before and after use. There will be additional cleaning stations located throughout the club with disinfectant spray and paper towels. The state of California requires the use of face masks. Please bring your own yoga mats as we are temporarily removing them and other high-touch items from the gym. Please bring a mandatory personal workout towel. Please use contact-free self-scanner at front desk to check into the club. When in doubt, wait it out. To keep our community safe, please do not utilize the club if you feel ill or have a fever. Team Member Guidelines Face masks for Fitness 19 team members will be mandatory. Team members will complete temperature and/or symptom screenings upon arrival for each shift. Team members will be empowered to address any concerns regarding social distancing. Team members will monitor usage for any capacity issues throughout the club. We know that cleanliness and safety are as important to you as they are to us. We look forward to working together to provide a clean and safe environment to help you accomplish your fitness goals, keep your immune system strong, and your spirits high! Attention Members: By government order, we along with all other health clubs in our county have been mandated to temporarily pause operations. Please rest assured, we will reopen the moment the Governor allows us to do so and your membership will be extended for the same period that your club is temporarily closed. Your monthly billing will automatically be suspended and will not resume until we reopen. Please note, you may see monthly billing charges from billing that has already been processed. Updates will be provided via our local Facebook and Instagram pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. Fitness 19 is paying extremely close attention to all of the state and local regulations as to when gyms can legally and safely reopen. The good news is we are getting close! We just entered phase 3, which does allow gyms to open in it’s later stages. We will be updating our social and sending out an email as soon as we get word that gyms can reopen. In the meantime, we have been sanitizing and disinfecting every inch of the club so it’s ready for your return. And jus...t as a reminder, no billing will be taking place until the gym is reopened.
