Train smarter: every movement happens from the foundatio...n of your core and stabilizers. Each time we move, our smaller muscles closer to joints have to activate even before the prime movers, bigger muscles responsible for movement. Ball throw with controlled instability will teach your body to contract the right muscles at the right time to maintain balance. Including this exercise in your warm up, will make your training safer and more fun, creating better neuromuscular efficiency and preventing injuries in the long run.
