In Honor of Black History Month, we want to celebrate powerful, black women in history throughout February. Thousands of powerful women dedicated their lives to getting us where we are today, and although there is a long way to go, we must remember the victories these women achieved for us. Among these women their are the famous Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Ida B. Wells, and others, but there are also the unsung heroines including Fannie Harmer, Jo Ann Robinson, Alice Dunnigan and More. Help us celebrate these women who helped to change all our lives through their never-ending grit and determination throughout February.

When moving, engage the abdominal muscles by zipping the rib cage together & pulling the pelvic floor up. Say to yourself I am powerful before releasing. 2. Remember to brace the abdominal wall by contracting the muscles and not holding the breath or squeezing your belly button inwards. 3. Roll your shoulder blades down and together. 4.
