FIT4MOM hosts a month-long celebration of moms every May called Month of Mama...because we believe moms deserve to be celebrated for more than just one day! We like to spoil mamas all month long with workouts, events and giveaways...so follow along this month for all the goodies! This week we’ve added 2 new outdoor classes to the schedule - Wednesday morning #strollerstrides 9am at Americana and Wednesday evening #bodyboost (HIIT) 8pm at VNSO Park!... Come out to any of our 3 Wednesday classes or Saturday’s class and claim your Mother’s Day gift!

Come out and join us on Saturday May 15th from 9-10:30am at at the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park for a fun family workout and Open House. We will have prizes, swag bags, raffles and more!
