Hummus with cauliflower and Zatar. Recipe: 1 can organic garbanzo beans rinsed 1/2 cup of raw tehini ... 1 lemon 1 piece of garlic 1 cup of water Pinch of salt Blend in a food processor/blender ( if the texture comes out too think add more water.) Cauliflower preheat oven to 400 1 head of cauliflower sliced Bake with garlic salt, pepper and olive oil for about 30-40 min or until golden. Add to your hummus and drizzle some olive oil, zatar and parsley/cilantro. Enjoy
