2021 Annual Memberships are available for purchase from now until March 30, 2021 for $120. Instead of paying $80 per session three times a year (spring, summer, and fall), the membership gives you the ability to buy three seasons for half the price! After purchasing an Annual Membership, registration is still required each session to save the spot for your child for the selected class. Classes are a first come, first serve basis with no priority able to be give to annual me...mbership holders. Spring registration is NOT OPEN YET. Annual Membership covers all Golf and Life Skills Classes for 2021. Financial Aid is not offered on Annual Memberships. Not applicable to Tee It Up Tour. PGA TOUR Playing Profession Andrew Putnam will award the ACE Completion College Scholarship! For the first time in program history, we have four participants on track to be ACE Certified this spring. These participants who have gone through every level of the program and have spent a minimum of 12 months on 4 different projects will join an elite level within the First Tee Network. Less than 1% of all participants across the country will achieve ACE Certified status during t...heir time in the program. In addition, each of the four participants will receive $1,000 as part of the ACE Completion College Scholarship presented by Andrew Putnam. Mr. Putnam has played in 101 PGA Tour Events with 22 Top-25 finishes, three Top-3 finishes in 2019, and winner of the 2018 Barracuda Championship. He was also a two time Academic All-American at Pepperdine University during his college career. We want to thank Andrew and his wife Tawny for their support! We are honored to be able to provide our first ever ACE Certified Participants with this award.

We want to thank our Lead Golf and Life Skills Coach Randy Van Ornam for the past two and a half years he has dedicated to his position. Coach Randy joined our team after his graduation from Fresno State in 2018. He was not new to the First Tee family as he grew up being a participant in our chapter while reaching the ACE level. While a participant, Coach Randy was able to attend National Opportunities that included meeting some of the greatest golfers to ever play the game and past United States Presidents. We wish Coach Randy the best in his future endeavors!

DECEMBER 2020 For the first time in our chapter's history, we offered a Winter Session due to the high demand of the previous sessions. Due to the amount of sunlight available, we offered 120 spots across our six golf courses and we filled up once again. We were one of 10 chapters in the country to be selected for the pilot program of Wells Fargo's Hands on Banking. In five different classes offered, participants learned how to budget, the importance of insurance, how to compare prices, wants vs. needs, types of taxes, and more.

NOVEMBER 2020 Fall Session ended with our biggest season ever with over 360 kids coming every week to class and Tee It Up Tour. Thank you to everyone who stuck with us as we worked out all the details to make programming a safe place for our participants. We are honored to be trusted by parents with so many of their children this year and provide a sense of stability to them during this time. Our annual TEAM 120 (Teach, Empower, And Mentor) donations will provide a child in need free programming for all of 2021 so they can always feel welcome, regardless of their financial circumstances for $120. Since November, 72 individual donors have covered registration fees for participants and are being matched by: Mercedes-Benz of Fresno, Sebastian, an Anonymous Donor, Dick's Sporting Goods, and the Sahm Family Foundation.

OCTOBER 2020 We asked our participants to wear pink to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it ended up meaning more than we ever imagined. One participant told Coach Megan that our chapter wearing pink meant a lot to his family as his mom was currently in remission for Breast Cancer. We always say this program is more than golf and that was once again proven to us. Our participants had a blast dressing up for Halloween the last week of class. This is by far one of our favorite weeks of the year to see all of our kid's personalities show.

That’s a Wrap! Congratulations to everyone who competed in this session’s Tee It Up Tour. We had a record breaking 97 participants who attended each week between Tournament League and Developmental League. Spring Session come faster!

We are two days away from crowning our final Tee It Up Tour Champion in 2020! The final round will take place @pheasantrungolfclub starting at 3:00 this Thursday. Winner takes home this custom leather head cover!

Halloween has become a big deal around here and we can’t wait to see your costumes next week! You can wear your costume to class any time next week but please remember you MUST wear closed toe shoes in order to participate.

Participants who sold two Pebble Beach Raffle tickets received their tshirts this week with the new logo! This spring, we will be opening a store front for anyone who wants to buy apparel with the new logo on it, stay tuned.

Usually this is the day when we are sadly leaving Pebble Beach Resorts after our favorite week of the year. As with most things, the PURE Insurance Championship Impacting The First Tee looked different this year with no participants being able to play. In honor of our annual post-Pebble blues, we thought we would share all of our past 11 participants who have competed since 2010 with their PGA TOUR Champions professional partners!
