This is our Ultimate Thin Crust We also add sliced pepperoncinis to it, after the oven. This allows a nice Parmesan and Garlic crust to develop on top of the Pepperoni. Same base recipe as the wax can Omnipolloscope beer, but double oaked. 6 months in Willett bourbon barrels, then transferred to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Barrels for an additional 7 months.
