'Lemon Balm is a gift from God and Mother Nature to deal with our frazzling world. It calms nerve receptors, reduces inflammation and the digestive tract. High in trace minerals such as boron, manganese, copper, chromium, molybdenum, selenium and iron. It also allows your body to conserve B12. It detoxifies the liver, spleen, kidneys and reduces bladder inflammation. You can make it into a delicious tea with lemon zest, fresh thyme leaves and lemon juice.' - Taken from the book Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods

If you are looking for an alternative to pharmaceutical medications for depression and/or anxiety, check out the book 'The Mood Cure' by Julia Ross. She walks you through natural supplements to boost your body's ability to produce adequate levels of hormones to make you feel better again. Once you give your body the boost it needs, it has the ability to keep producing what it needs on its own, so you don't have to continue to pop a pill. She also has a sleep coaching program to help you figure why you may not be sleeping adequately. Sleep is VERY essential to your wellbeing and can shift your mood alone, without medication or supplements. Check it out!

When you really dislike something in someone else, such as liars, people who brag, people who are sloppy, people who are immature, etc. This really has more to do with you than the other person. We all have a 'shadow' side of ourselves; the side we try to ignore or push away hoping no one else will notice or see. We reject these parts of ourselves because we, or someone else finds them to be unacceptable. So when someone else is exhibiting the very thing that we have had to work so hard to push down and hide, it feels so aggravating! That is how you know your shadow side has been hit! So take comfort in knowing that others are like mirrors to what is going on with you, which means you can shift it with yourself if you choose.
