The Sacramento / Stockton area real estate market continues to see the inventory of available homes slowly climb. The big news is how fast the median home price is rising! Experts talk about a coming housing market crash due to the number of people who have missed a rent or mortgage payment, but a new bill could prevent that.

This week the Sacramento / Stockton area real estate market brought both good and bad news for seller and buyers. The amount of available homes dropped for the fourth week in a row as did pending sales, but the split between the two remained the same. Mortgage rates went up a little.
