As you can see, the account is reporting late with forbearance verbiage. Please pause before deciding to skip your mortgage payment if you have the means to pay.

Family and friends that currently have a mortgage, please reach out to your mortgage servicer and ask about their Forbearance Plan, you may qualify. Those whom face: unemployment, reduction in work hours or illness of a borrower or co-borrower or dependent family member. Ask about the qualifying criteria. Credit bureaus should also be suspending credit reporting when hardship is related and a servicer to suspend forclosure sales within the next 60 days. *Servicer= the company you make your monthly mortgege payments to. DM me if you have any questions, no I can’t access your account but I can try to help get their contact info if you don’t have it or google.

If you want to become a Homeowner by the end of the year right now is the time to apply!
